Answers to your questions

  • What documents are required to open an account?

    Proof of Identity

    • For UAE Residents (Non-Emirati): Copy of passport and Emirates ID.
    • For UAE Citizens (Emirati): Emirates ID or passport copy.

    Proof of Address (Emirati & Non-Emirati)

    One of the following, dated within the last three months:

    • Utility or landline phone bill, bank statement, or credit card statement (with your name and address on it, dated within the last 3 months).
    • Tenancy agreement (dated within the last 6 months).

    Please note that mobile phone and internet statements are not acceptable.

    For UAE Non-Residents

    Proof of Identity

    Two of the following:

    • A valid passport.
    • A valid government ID, such as a driver’s license or state ID.
    • A valid national identity card.

    Proof of Address

    One of the following:

    • Utility or landline phone bill, bank statement, or credit card statement (with your name and address on it, dated within the last 3 months).
    • Tenancy agreement (dated within the last 6 months).

    We may request additional information if required.
